UI Refinements & Workflow Stability- 27th May 2025 Release

Asset A

Mattress Builder Enhancements

We’ve implemented several key improvements ac

oss the Mattress Builder module to ensure rendering accuracy, consistent autosave behavior, and better material handling logic.

Rendering and Material Logic Improvements

  • Addressed color mismatches in final renders caused by inconsistent material mapping.

  • Fixed edge cases where material conversion failed due to improper float-to-int handling.

  • Improved compatibility of displacement maps, ensuring quilt and handle geometry render correctly across views.

Texture and UI Refinements

  • Texture application behavior has been updated to respond to single-click actions, improving responsiveness and accuracy.

  • Removed default normal maps from quilt panels and ensured quilt properties are scoped properly across wall, top, and bottom contexts.

  • Added rotation logic to camera angle when navigating between handles and labels, providing better 3D orientation.

Performance and Workflow Stability

  • Autosave logic now applies to locked layers, enhancing user trust during multi-step edits.

  • The editor now handles large image-based navigation workflows more gracefully, even when users switch back and forth between views.

  • 3D viewer render issues on silo and product page imagery have been resolved.

Retail Automation Workflow Updates

The retail automation engine has received updates to enhance duplication logic, prop placement alignment, and material behavior in large and complex rack configurations.

Duplication & Prop Handling

  • Loader feedback is now displayed while duplicated props are processed and added to the canvas.

  • Props now retain their saved combination settings after duplication or reload.

  • Autosave functionality is now triggered after every relevant backend operation, reducing risks of lost work.

Texture, Snapping, and Visual Logic Fixes

  • Added a slider for merging textures and improved snapping alignment logic for props placed within racks.

  • Addressed bugs that previously caused props to disappear from racks or appear out of sync post-switching.

  • Loaders now appear specifically in the combination section when switching material or texture to improve user awareness.

UI Behavior Enhancements

  • Combination panel UI now closes appropriately after actions like duplication.

  • Default prop combinations now load consistently across library-saved assets and reused projects.

Product Configurator Corrections

We’ve made structural fixes to the configurator module to ensure accurate filtering, loading, and scene logic:

  • Corrected issues where filter options were not resetting after clearing selections.

  • Fixed an angle loading issue that affected how default product views were rendered initially.

  • Ensured payload data is reliably carried over when switching between scenes in complex configurator flows.

Core Application and System-Wide Fixes

Several fixes have been applied across the platform to improve UI consistency and eliminate critical backend errors:

  • Resolved a 400 Bad Request error during map generation and an internal server error during bulk image deletions.

  • Cleaned up overlapping elements in the image preview panel—specifically fixing the Chatbot icon and download button layout.

  • Streamlined the request module UI to show correct request counts and resolved a dimension shot loader issue on product pages.
